摘要
互联网催生中国劳动关系新演变,作为依附劳动关系存在的企业民主管理实践也受到影响。互联网为企业推动民主管理实践的改革提供了有力的工具,对中国企业民主管理历史变迁起到积极作用。国有企业互联网与民主管理融合仍带有社会主义传统,私营企业主要依靠企业自身管理的策略选择机制决定互联网的作用。工会系统应该根据不同类型的企业接受的程度与切入点,来推动互联网+民主管理。
The Interact has brought about new evolutions of labor relations in China, while the practice of democratic management of enterprises dependent on labor relations has also been affected. The Interact provides a powerful tool for enterprises to promote the reform of democratic management practice, playing a positive role in the historical changes of enterprises' democratic management in China. The integration of Internet and democratic management in state-owned enterprises still includes socialist traditions. Private enterprises mainly rely on the strategy selection mechanism of their own management to decide the role of the Interact. The trade union systems should promote the Internet plus democratic management according to the acceptable levels and breakthrough points for different types of enterprises.
