我国应急产业发展的技术支撑能力评价研究

Evaluation on technical support ability of the China’s emergency industry development

产业的发展离不开科学技术的支撑,客观、科学地评价产业技术支撑能力对于我国产业的持续健康发展有着重要的意义。我国应急产业还处于起步阶段,技术支撑能力是提升其应急救援能力的关键。本研究从技术投入、技术研发、技术产出和技术服务四个方面构建我国应急产业技术支撑能力评价指标,运用主成分分析法对我国31个省市的技术支撑能力进行实证评价和比较分析,结果表明我国应急技术支撑能力存在严重的区域差异。最后,结合研究的结果提出了提高我国应急产业技术支撑能力的建议。

The development of industry is inseparable from the support of science and technology,it has important significance for the sustained and healthy development of the industry. The emergency industry is at the initial stage of development,it will enhance its emergency response and rescue capabilities to evaluate the emergency industry technical support ability objectively and scientifically.The study builds emergency industry technical support ability evaluation index from four aspects of technology investment,technology research and development,technical output and technical services,uses the principal component analysis method to do analysis. The results show that the technical support ability of China＇s emergency industry has serious regional differences. Finally combining the research results,suggestions are presented to improve the technical support capability.
