摘要
跨国战略联盟是缺乏资源和经验的企业实现国际化,获得新进入环境合法性的有效途径,但现有研究对组织资源和能力因素的影响关注不足,将严重影响合法性的有效获取。本研究从中国企业走入国际市场的跨国联盟中,从112个实地调研案例中选出符合条件的36个案例为基础,进行统计、质性与案例分析相结合的混合研究。研究发现联盟中的资源互补从两条途径帮助企业获取合法性,不同的合法性作用途径将产生不同的合法性获取效果。本研究将对合法性理论发展及中国企业国际化实践具有指导意义。
Transnational strategic alliance is an effective way of internationalizing and obtaining legitimacy in new entry environment for companies lacking resources and experiences. However,the lack of attention to the factors of organizational resources and capabilities will seriously affect the effective acquisition of legitimacy. In this study,we selected 36 cases from a database of 112 Chinese company's strategic alliances,which is collected by ourselves,to carry out a mixed study aiming at looking into the mechanism of acquiring legitimacy in "going abroad". Results show that resources complementarity works in two ways for companies to obtain legitimacy,and they will lead to different effects. This study shed lights on theories of legitimacy and will give guidance to legitimacy acquisition for Chinese company's internationalization in practice.
