单元组管理在黄河水院真人图书馆中的应用及分析

Application and Analysis of the Unit Group Management in the Human Library of the Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute

针对目前举办真人图书借阅活动时较容易出现的借阅质量低、安全隐患高、组织效率低、活动秩序混乱、借阅内容失控等主要问题,提出了单元组管理的理念,通过在黄河水利职业技术学院图书馆图书借阅活动中的验证,能够实现对真人图书借阅活动的有效管制,为科学制定真人图书馆管理制度提供了理论和实例基础。

Addressing the issues of low quality, high safety risk, low efficiency of organizing, and disorder during human library lending activities, the paper proposes the concept of ＂unit group management＂, which is tested through the lending activities of the Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute Library, and verified to achieve effective control of library activities, proving the basic theory and exemplary practices for scientific formulation of real library management system.
