摘要
[目的]近来,文化馆服务体系建设成为中国政府关注的重点问题之一,探究世界各国的相关经验可以为我们提供宝贵的经验。[过程]系统梳理新加坡民众联络所几十年来在设施、经费、管理、人员、服务等方面的种种做法。[结论]我国文化馆服务体系建设可以借鉴新加坡民众联络所的经验,但要注意因地制宜。
[Purpose]Recently, the Chinese government has been focusing on building the cultural center system, making the experience of other countries especially valuable today. [Process]This article studies the community center in Singapore, and explores how they build the facility, provide fund, manage the facilities, hire and train employees, and provide services. [Conclusion] We could draw upon the experience of the community centers in Singapore when we develop the cultural center system in China. But we should adjust the measures to the local conditions of China.
