基于公共服务投入效率的空间滞后模型构建与实证

Construction of Spatial Lag Model and Its Empirical Study Based on Public Service Investment Efficiency

考虑公共服务的空间依赖关系和空间聚集现象,文章以公共文化服务为例,基于全国31个省、市、自治区的公共文化服务综合指数,引入空间计量模型,得出公共文化服务的空间相关性度量和空间接近性测量,通过显著性水平下的模型残差检验,构建公共文化服务综合指数空间滞后模型。结果显示：从2010—2015年,公共文化服务综合指数的空间聚集性越来越强;一个地区的公共文化服务综合水平与它的相邻省份的公共文化服务综合水平存在共变关系。

Considering the spatial dependency and the phenomenon of spatial aggregation of the public services, this paper takes public cultural services as an example, based on the composite index of cultural services of China＇s 31 provinces, cities and municipalites, and brings in the spatial econometric model to obtain the spatial correlation and the spatial proximity measurements of the public cultural services. Through the model residual test at a significance level, the paper establishes a spatial lag model of public cultural services composite index. The results show that from 2010 to 2015, the spatial clustering of the public cultural services index is getting stronger, and that the overall public cultural service level of a region is in co-variation with its neigh- boring provinces.
