摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法对农村小学全科教师体育学科能力进行了研究,确定了我国农村小学全科教师体育学科能力包括农村小学学校体育教学能力、服务农村体育发展能力、终身体育能力、体育学科创新发展能力、体育德育能力等。在理论研究基础上针对我国全科教师体育学科能力培养,提出从物质、精神、行为、制度4个层面为着力点的学科能力培养。建立农村小学全科教师体育学科能力培养目标,为我国农村小学全科教师体育学科能力的培养提供参考。
The physical education discipline ability of general - subject primary school teachers is studied by using the method of literature, logical analysis and other methods. The physical education discipline ability of general - subject primary school teachers includes school sports teaching ability of rural primary school, rural sports development service ability, lifelong sports ability, sports innovation and development ability, moral education of sports, etc. On the basis of theoretical research, it is pointed out that the development of physical education ability can be realized with the four aspects of material, spirit, behavior, culture as the acting point. The establishment of physical education training objectives of general -subject rural primary school teachers will provide reference for China' s general - subject rural primary school teachers in terms of physical education ability development.
