Comparing analysis of budget items between NSF and NSFC

党的十八大明确提出实施创新驱动发展战略。在此背景下,国家加快深化科技体制机制改革,出台了一系列改革措施和文件。其中,科研项目资金管理改革是重要组成内容。本文结合当前形势,通过对比分析中美两国科学基金预算支出科目和政策,以期对我国国家自然科学基金项目资金管理有所借鉴。

The 18th CPC National Congress proposed the strategy of innovation-driven development.Under this background,China accelerated the reform of science and technology system,and introduced a number of reform measures and documents.The reform of fund management of research projects is one of the contents.In order to give some revelations to NSFC,we contrast and analyze the budget items and policies between NSF and NSFC in this paper.
