护理管理APP在创伤骨科围术期的应用效果

Application of APP to nursing management of patients with bone injury during perioperative period

目的观察护理管理APP在创伤骨科围术期的应用效果。方法选择解放军总医院骨科2016年1-5月收治的踝部骨折患者82例,随机分为试验组(应用护理管理APP,42例)和对照组(进行常规护理宣教,40例)。入院后在病情转归的各时间节点,向试验组患者移动端APP推送健康教育资料,进行护理宣教。对照组按传统围术期管理的方式给予常规护理宣教。比较两组患者出院时护理效果和依从性的差异。结果试验组和对照组患者满意度分别为99.52%和88.43%,差异有统计学意义(t=14.127,P=0.000)。试验组和对照组患者健康教育落实评分为(18.76±1.59)分和(14.75±1.41)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.069,P=0.000)。试验组和对照组患者依从性评分为(93.4±3.9)分和(81.8±5.9)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=10.96,P=0.00)。结论相比于传统护理宣教,通过护理管理APP平台构建的新型护患沟通模式能够有效地对患者进行围术期健康教育,增强护患沟通效果,提高患者依从性。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing management APP on traumatic orthopedic patients during the perioperative period. Methods For randomized controlled studies,82 cases of patients with ankle fractures treated in the first five months of2016 in the Department of Othopaedics at the General Hospital of PLA were selected. After admission,these patients were randomly divided into trial group（nursing management APP was used,42 cases） and control group（regular nursing instructions were given,40 cases）. At each time point after admission,health education materials were delivered to the APP of patients in experimental group while patients in control group were given conventional nursing instructions,as was the common practice during the perioperative period. The difference in the effect of nursing and compliance between the two groups was compared upon discharge. Results The rates of satisfaction in experimental group and control group were 99. 52% and 88. 43% respectively（t = 14. 127,P = 0. 000）. The scores of implementation of health education in experimental group and control group were（18. 76 ± 1. 59） and（14. 75 ± 1. 41） points（t = 12. 069,P = 0. 000） respectively,so there was significant difference between the two groups. The scores of compliance in the two groups were（93. 4 ± 3. 9） and（81. 8 ± 5. 9） points（t = 10. 96,P = 0. 00） respectively. Conclusions Compared with traditional nursing education,the new mode of communication created by the nursing management APP platform is more effective for perioperative health education among patients,facilitating the communication between nurses and patients and improving patients＇ compliance.
