摘要
家具商城火灾荷载大,消防安全问题突出,对其进行火灾风险评估具有重要的现实意义。本文以某大型家具商城为研究对象,利用Gustav法分析了该家具商城不同区域的火灾危险性。结合控制人员伤亡和财产损失两个目标,运用逻辑树分析法从灭火和疏散失效两个方面对家具商城此类场所火灾、灭火和疏散三个维度进行综合性的定量风险评估,并根据评估结果,提出了相应的消防风险防控对策。
The fire load of furniture shopping mall is large and the fire safety problem is outstanding, so it is of great practical significance to carry out a fire risk assessment. Taking a big furniture mall as study object,the authors used Gustav method to analyze the fire hazard in different zones of the mall. Combining with two objectives of casualty and property loss control and from two aspects of firefighting and evacuation failure,they employed logical tree analysis method to carry out comprehensive quantitative risk assessment on three dimensions of fire, firefighting and evacuation in similar places. The corresponding countermeasures for prevention and control of fire risk were put forward subsequently.
