介绍了一起多家共同租赁厂房火灾事故的调查情况。调查人员在现场过火较重、监控录像无法直接反映起火部位的情况下,通过对各个方位监控录像进行反复比对,准确认定了起火部位、起火点,并借助金相鉴定,最终认定了起火原因,为类似火灾事故调查提供了参考。

This paper introduced the investigation of a fire accident happened in a factory rented by several parties. Under the conditions of the scene was burn heavily and the monitoring video couldn’t reflect the fire site directly,the fire investigators accurately identified the fire origin and site by repeatedly comparing the surveillance video from every direction. And via the means of metallographic examination they eventually identified the fire cause.The process provided a reference for the investigation of similar fire accidents.
