Discussion on the Timeliness Principle of Inquiry Based on a Fire Investigation

阐述了询问是火灾调查工作中查明起火部位和起火原因最基本、最常用、最重要的手段之一,是印证现场勘验结果的重要方式,同时也是获取火灾案件直接证据的重要途径。而及时性是火灾调查询问工作的基本原则之一。本文通过一起火灾案例调查,分析了及时询问对查明起火原因的重要意义,旨在树立及时询问观,对火灾调查工作具有一定的参考价值。

The paper stated that inquiry is one of the most basic,most common and most important means to identify the fire origin and cause. Inquiry is an important way to verify the results of the field survey, and also an important approach to obtain direct evidence for fire cases. And timeliness is one of the basic principles of inquiring work in fire investigation. Based on a case study,this paper analyzed the importance of timely inquiry to identify the fire cause,aiming at establishing a timely inquiry concept for supplying reference value to fire investigation.
