高层公共建筑消防施工中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Fire Facility Construction of High-rise Public Buildings

针对高层公共建筑体量大,需安装的设施及设备多,其中的各类消防设施的施工环环相扣,且周期长的问题进行分析,并就日常监督检查中发现的高层公共建筑消防施工过程中的一些问题,进行归纳总结,为加强高层公共建筑消防施工质量提出了相应对策。

This paper analyzed the phenomena existed in high-rise public buildings such as large construction volume, a lot of facilities and equipments installed, various fire facilities interlinked,long construction period. Problems of fire facilities constructing process in public high-rise building found during daily supervision and inspection were summarized, and corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the construction quality of fire facilities were put forward.
