Discussion on Fire Prevention Technology for Exterior Window of High-rise Residential Buildings

以伦敦格伦费尔火灾和国内高层住宅火灾案例为背景,论述了建筑外窗对于防止火灾蔓延的重要性,介绍了GB 50016—2014《建筑设计防火规范》对建筑外窗耐火完整性的相关规定以及如何验收,对比了传统防火窗与"耐火窗"的区别,以及不同的应用。

Taking the Grenfell Tower Fire in London and domestic high-rise residential fires as the background, the author discussed the importance of exterior window in preventing the building fire spread. The relevant fire integrity requirements on the window in GB 50016--2014, Code for Fire Protection Design of Building, and the way administrative approval implemented were introduced. The difference between the traditional fire window and the ＂ heat- insulated fire window ＂ and their different applications were compared.
