关于复合地层中盾构机刀具磨损的优化研究 被引量:10

摘要 以某地铁区间为工程背景,结合复合地层的地层条件和地层分布情况,确定硬质地层对开挖面物理特性的影响。根据适应不同单一地层的刀盘合理转速,提出适用于复合地层的刀盘设计转速的确定方法。通过监测盾构机掘进过程中的刀盘扭矩变化,实现刀盘转速提前调整。新提出的优化方法有效减小盾构刀具在复合地层的过快磨损,显著延长刀具的使用期限,有效提高盾构机在复合地层中的施工效率。 Based on the construction of a metro tunnel section, and combined the geological conditions of composite ground with the distribution of strata, the effects of hard strata on the physical properties of the excavation face were confirmed. Then, according to the reasonable rotational speed of cutterhead adapted to different single strata, this study proposed a method to determine the designed rotational speed of cutterhead for composite ground. By monitoring the change of cutterhead torque during shield tunnelling, the rotational speed could be adjusted in advance. The optimized method could effectively decrease the excessive abrasion of cutter in composite ground, significantly prolong the service life of cutter, and effectively improve the construction efficiency of shield tunnelling in composite ground.
