超大直径泥水平衡盾构机泥浆门设计改进

摘要 主要针对传统设计的泥水平衡盾构机泥浆门常常因滑道卡住异物或限位装置失效的情况下,导致泥浆门在开关过程中卡死并无法准确判断泥浆门是否开关到位,进行了针对性的改进设计,极大地提高了泥浆门在使用中的可靠性。另对泥浆门操作前的准备工作、操作中、操作完成后恢复的操作要点进行梳理说明。 Under the conditions of slideway stucked by some objects or failure of caging device, the conventional slurry gate of slurry balance shield machine is often stueked in the switching process, and it can not be accurately judged whether the mud gate is switched in place or not. In view of the above, this paper made an improvement on the design, which greatly enhanced the reliability of slurry gate during operating. In addition, the operation points of slurry gate were introduced by three situations, namely, before operating, during operating and after the operation.
