硅质板岩顺层边坡的水压预裂爆破施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 广西资兴高速某段路基边坡构造复杂,为节理面发育的硅质板岩顺层边坡,其岩体坚硬难以破碎,但中间又存在软弱夹层,在爆破施工过程中易发生大面积滑坡。现实施工中,通过控制炮孔连线与节理面之间的夹角进行预裂爆破,在开挖轮廓线之前形成一个爆破损伤区,再用水压爆破的方式进行开挖。该爆破技术安全性更高且节约了作业成本,带来了良好的经济效益,可以给其他类似工程提供借鉴。 One roadbed slope with complicated structure of Zixing Expressway in Guangxi is the siliceous slate bedding slope which is developed by joint surfaces. Its rock masses are too hard to be broken, but there are soft interlayers in the middle. So widespread landslide is more likely to take place during blasting construction. In actual construction, presplitting blasting was carried out by controlling the intersection angle between the connecting line of blasthole and joint surface. Thus, it was easy to form a blasting damage zone before excavating contour line. And then excavation could be continued by water pressure blasting. The blasting technology is more secure and saves the operating cost, which brings good economic benefits and could be a reference for other similar projects.
