二氧化碳点阵激光治疗阴道松弛症疗效研究

Effect of fractional CO_2 laser in the treatment of vaginal relaxation

目的探讨二氧化碳(CO_2)点阵激光治疗阴道松弛症的疗效。方法选择2016年1—11月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的阴道松弛症患者35例,采用CO_2点阵激光治疗,共3次,每次间隔1个月。观察患者客观指标及主观指标在治疗前后变化情况。结果患者盆底Ⅰ类肌肉纤维收缩持续时间从(3.74±0.79)s提高至(4.24±0.92)s(P=0.042),Ⅱ类肌肉纤维强度从(5.19±0.98)kPa提高至(5.70±1.14)kPa(P=0.025),差异具有统计学意义。Ⅰ类肌肉纤维强度及Ⅱ类肌肉纤维单位时间收缩数量未见明显差异。治疗后患者的女性性功能量表(FSFI)总分由(36.8±5.8)分提高至(39.6±6.9)分(P=0.005),其中阴道润滑度由(7.1±2.2)分提高至(8.4±2.8)分(P=0.003)、阴道松弛情况由(4.5±1.8)分提高至(5.6±1.9)分(P=0.002),性生活满意度由(5.5±2.1)分提高至(6.7±3.0)分(P=0.017),差异均有统计学意义。而性欲评分、性唤起评分及性高潮评分治疗前后未见明显差异。结论 CO_2点阵激光可作为治疗阴道松弛症的一种新方法,可明显提高盆底肌肉收缩力量,改善患者性生活质量,获得较高满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of vaginal relaxation. Methods Select 35 patients treated in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from January 2016 to November 2016 suffering from vaginal relaxation.Fractional CO2 laser technology was used in treatment, 3 times in total, each every two months.Compare the subjuetive symptoms, and the objective index before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the contraction time of the type I fiber of pelvic floor increased from （3.74±0.79） s to （4.24±0.92） s （P=0.042）, while the strength of type Ⅱ fiber increased from （5.19±0.98 ） kPa to （5.70± 1.14） kPa （P=0.025）. The total score of FSFI increased from （ 36.8±5.8 ） to （39.6±6.9） （P=0.005）. Lubrication increased from （7.1 ±2.2） to （ 8.4±2.8 ） （P=0.003）.Relax- ation increased from （4.5 ± 1.8 ） to （5.6± 1.9 ） （P=0.002） .Sexual satisfaction increased from （5.5 ± 2.1 ） to （ 6.7 ± 3.0） （P= 0.017）.However, there was no big difference in the score of sexual desire, sexual arousal or climax before and after treatment.Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser is a effective way in the treatment of vaginal relaxation.
