添加不同乳酸菌菌剂对绿狐尾藻青贮品质的影响 被引量:10

摘要 以绿狐尾藻作为研究材料,探讨添加Lactococcus lactis(LL),Lactobacillus plantarum(LP)和复合菌剂(FH)对绿狐尾藻青贮品质的影响。试验设4个处理组,即对照组(CK)、Lactococcus lactis菌剂组(LL)、Lactobacillus plantarum菌剂组(LP)、Lactococcus lactis和Lactobacillus plantarum复合菌剂组(FH);在青贮第1、3、7、15、30天取样,实验室分析干物质含量、p H值、粗蛋白含量、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维及有机酸含量。研究结果表明:与对照相比,LL菌剂组可以显著降低绿狐尾藻青贮的p H值(P<0.05),提高乳酸含量(P<0.05),较对照组增加了131.2%;中性洗涤纤维含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),与对照组相比降低了17.23%;酸性洗涤纤维的含量相比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),比对照组降低了24.56%。FH菌剂组的粗蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),较对照组高出12.6%。综上所述,乳酸菌菌剂可以改善绿狐尾藻的青贮品质、营养价值以及消化利用率,为绿狐尾藻的资源化利用提供了数据基础支撑。 To investigate the effects of different microbial inoculants on silage quality of Myriophyllumaquaticum, four treatments were conducted, which were Lactococcus lactis(LL), Lactobacillus plantarum(LP),complex microbial inoculants(FH) and CK. The silage samples were taken 1, 3, 7, 15 and 30 days afterensiling and the nutritional composition and the silage quality were analyzed. The results showed thatcompared with CK, the p H value of the LL treatment decreased significantly(P0.05), and the lactic acidincreased(P0.05) by 131.2% compared with that of CK; the neutral detergent fiber content decreased by17.23%(P0.05); the acid detergent fiber content decreased by 24.56%(P0.05). The crude protein content ofthe FH treatment increased by 12.6%(P0.05). In conclusion, the LAB inoculants could improve the silagequality, the nutritional value and the digestibility of Myriophyllum aquaticum, which could provide datafoundation for resource utilization of Myriophyllum aquaticum.
