摘要
针对车辆改装可能改变原车碰撞相容性从而导致车辆安全性能发生变化的问题,根据1例真实改装货车与越野车发生碰撞的道路交通事故进行事故过程的重建,建立有限元碰撞模型,并进行改装前后的碰撞仿真。仿真结果表明:货车改装之后会使得碰撞时越野车驾驶室应力应变增大、最大侵入量增加,即车辆相容性变差。提示有关部门应采取措施严格禁止私自改装车辆,以保证在交通事故中的车辆安全性。
To solve the problem that vehicle modification may change the original vehicle collision compatibility and thus has negative effect on the safety performance,this paper reconstructs the accident process based on a traffic accident involving the actual modified truck and the SUV. The finite element collision model is established and the simulations before and after the modification are made. The result shows that the stress,strain and the maximum invasion of the driver's cab have increased after modification,which means the vehicle compatibility is deteriorated. It is advised that the relevant departments should take measures to strictly forbid unauthorized modification of vehicles in order to ensure the passengers' safety in traffic accidents.
