摘要
’94中国·四川国际民间艺术节,于8月2日在成都揭开帷幕,后又分别到郫县、都江堰、清白江、资阳、内江、滤州、宜宾、江油等地演出,历时14天,于8月15日圆满结束.应邀来参加艺术节的有朝鲜、印度尼西亚、以色列、尼伯尔、俄罗斯、比利时、德国、奥地利、希腊、墨西哥、美国的民间艺术团,共298人,还有上海、云南、贵州、四川等省市的艺术国,共104人.尽管四川遇到四十年所没有的酷暑,参加艺术节的朋友都以饱满的热情投入演出.
’94 China Sichuan International Folk Art Festival was inaugurated in Chengdu in August. Over ten domestic and overseas folk art troupes from the countries of Asia, Europe and America gathered here to give wonderful performance of colorful folk songs and dances. The festival is a grand occasion of folk art appreciation and undertanding of varied cultural backgrounds and local customs of countries. It will help promote the cultural exchange and the friendship between the people of Sichuan and foreign countries.During the festival, these folk art troupes also visited other cities and prefectures of the province.
