中华人民共和国成都海关是国家设立在四川境内的一个进出境监督管理机关,直属国家海关总署,下设乐山、绵阳、攀枝花三个分关,业务辖区(以下简称关区)为四川省的成都、广元、绵阳、德阳、乐山、遂宁、内江、攀枝花、雅安等9市、地和甘孜、阿坝、凉山3个民族自治州。成都海关的主要任务是依照《中华人民共和国海关法》以及其他法律、法规,对进出境运输工具、货物、物口进行监管,征收关税和其他税费,查缉走私,编制海关统计和办理其他海关业务。
Chengdu Customs is an organization directly under the leadership of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China. It has three branches set up respectively in the cities of Lcshan, Mianyang and Panzhihua. The customs is authorized to conduct, in accordance with the "Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China" and other laws and regulations concerned, the supervision and taxes imposition over all the commodities and articles as well as the means of transport in and out of the province, suppress smuggling, work out customs statistics and deals with other customs affairs.
