Over the last 10 years, Sichuan Social Insurance Administration and the social planning reform both got great success with the service system going through all the way from eountry level to city, province and the whole society. They implcmcnted several new methods on enterprise retired insuranee, medical insurance, childbirth insurance, and so on. There are more than 3,000 staff working in 247 social insurance angecies in the province.
