Li Taiyin is both a mayor and a writer as well. As a writer, he beRan to Dublish novels when he was still a university student, and his novel " She Died in Spring" was adapted into a TV play. In 1994, the novel entitled "Spirit of Tablet" which was considered as his master piece, came out and evoked nationwide repercussions. As a political activist, Li Taiyin is also successful. He started his political career from a grass-roots level village Party secretary, and then, he was promoted to be a county Party secretary, and now the Party secretary of Suining City for his outstanding official records.
