Housing cost is an important part of living. To speed up the housing re form and greatly improve the construction of housing is necessary for realizing the aim of a better life, increasing the living quality and promoting the economic growth as well. Land, however, once emphasized excessively as means of production owned by the state due to the fetters of the planned economic system and thinking, has been used and allocated without compensation. Houses, thus, have been assigned to the staff as welha. But all this has become the past. The new housing policy tells us that commercial housing is our tomorrow’s only choice.
