1979年金秋的一天,北京红塔剧场里,台下座无虚席。台上,世界著名指挥大师小泽征尔正挥舞着明亮的指挥棒,在这里指挥着中央乐团演出音乐巨人贝多芬的《第九交响乐》,也就是合唱交响乐。随着大师那时而温柔细腻、时而激昂奔放的手势,合唱队员们唱出了充满辉煌色彩的第四乐章“欢乐颂”。此刻,观众席中一位来自山西的老人,双眼已噙满了激动的泪花,任凭感情的潮水冲击着记忆的闸门,她多想和从前的这些朝夕相处的队员们在一起。
For more than 30 years from 1958 to the present, Professor Den Yingyi translated more than 600 foreign songs into Chinese, including the works of Beethoven, Schubert, Schuman,etc. Her translated words are exact, beautiful, rich in poetic flavour and easy to learn to sing, loved by broad masses of people and chosen by a lot of"selections of foreign songs" published at home.Professor Deng is also deeply in love with Chinese folk songs. In recent years, she translated more than 200 Chinese songs into English, forge ties of friendship and culture exchange between Chinese people and the people over the world.
