摘要
As a typical atricultural county,Licheng is still in poverty.The County Party Committee and Government paid great attention to the local economic development, gave a full play to the scientific networks at all levels, and encouraged the science and technology to be combined with the economy,bringinga fruitful result to the County’s sceince popularization. From last year till now, the County has introduced and spread 150 hi-tech applied technologies, with 1,030,000 scientific model families in the whole area, and the proportion of the scientific achivements in the County’ s economy has increased by 35% in 1997,and 45% at present.
