Building Corporate Culture and Promoting Harmonious Social Development

Corporate culture refers mainly to the basic beliefs, values and behavior norms shared and respected by a majority that have been established and formed in the long practice of organizing and managing relevant affairs by an organization and its members. It is also related to the collective consciousness, ethics and morals evinced by the organization and its members. Building an advanced corporate culture is central to the implementation of the decisions of the Party’s 16th congress and its 3rd and 4th sessions, and the important thinking of "Three Represents". It is also highly conducive to the building of an advanced socialist culture, and of a harmonious and an all-round well-off society. The cultivation of an advanced corporate culture at all levels of governments is of enormous significance for consensus building, conceptual innovation, the rallying of forces, improving service quality and efficiency, upholding the good image of the Party and government, and securing the long-term stability and the eventual rejuvenation of the nation.
