摘要
电务轨旁设备巡检系统综合应用低照度感光、激光照度补偿、图像数据压缩、机器视觉等技术,安装在高速铁路巡检车辆上,实现电务轨旁设备外观图像采集、管理和分析功能。该系统应用机器视觉技术,通过对比原始图像数据,实现设备变化的自动识别;结合地面台账数据和车载定位信息,准确定位异常设备图像和设备位置,实现图像自动筛选和自动检测,切实为电务轨旁设备养护维修提供依据和指导。
The patrol inspection system for the trackside equipment of telecommunication and signaling - integrating the photosensitive technology for low-level lighting environment, illuminance compensation with laser, compression of graphic data and machine vision, etc. - is installed on the patrol inspection vehicle, so that the trackside equipment will be able to manage and analyze the images collected. Thanks to the machine vision technology, the system compares the image with the original one, delivering automatic reorganization of any changes in equipment appearance. Then in light of the ground data and the information acquired from the onboard positioning system, the patrol inspection system can locate both the equipment and the abnormality image, providing automatic screening and inspection. It is of valuable reference and guidance to the maintenance and repairing oftrackside equipment.
