摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,是近年来国内外成人失明的主要原因之一。神经营养因子(neurotrophins,NTs)是视网膜神经元生长、分化和存活所必需的蛋白质家族。NTs可通过其相应的原肌球蛋白激酶相关的受体发出信号介导细胞的存活,或通过p75神经营养因子受体(p75 neurotrophin receptor,p75NTR)与辅助受体sortilin介导细胞死亡,是DR发病机制的主要的参与者。DR具体机制目前尚不清楚,其中神经生长因子前体蛋白(pro-nerve growth factor,pro NGF)-p75NTR及其下游信号通路在DR发病过程中起到了关键作用,本文对pro NGF-p75NTR在DR中的发病机制进行综述。
Diabetic Retinopathy(DR) is one of the important complications of diabetes, which one of the major reasons leading to blindness in adults both at home and abroad. Neurotrophins(NTs) are belong to proteins family, and it is necessary for the growth, differentiation and survival of retinal neurons. NTs mediate cell survival via their corresponding tropomyosin kinase related receptors or mediate cell death through the p75 neurotrophin receptor(p75 NTR) with the co-receptor sortilin. And NTs are the main participants in the pathogenesis of DR. The specific mechanism of DR is unclear. Pro NGF(pro-nerve growth factor, pro NGF)-p75 NTR and its downstream signaling pathways play a key role in the pathogenesis of DR. The pathogenesis of Pro NGF-p75 NTR in DR is reviewed in this paper.
