摘要
白细胞介素27(interleukin-27,IL-27)是一种新发现的IL-6/IL-12家族成员,是由p28亚基和EB病毒诱导基因3亚基构成的异源二聚体复合物。它的受体由WSX-1、gp130组成。IL-27主要通过激活Janus激酶信号转导和转录激活因子(Janus kinase signal transduction and transcriptional activator,JAK/STAT)信号转导通路调节Th1、Th2、Th17、Tregs、CD8+T、Tfh等多种T细胞的分泌和活性,以实现抗炎、抗肿瘤等生物学功能。本文就IL-27与各类T细胞的相互作用机制作一综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。
As a new member of IL-6/IL-12 cytokine family, IL-27 is a heterodimeric cytokine composed of the p28 and EBI3. Its receptors are composed of WSX-1 and gp130. IL-27 regulates the secretion and activity of Th1, Th2, Th17, Tregs, CD8+T, Tfh and other T cells mainly by activating Janus kinase signal transduction and transcriptional activator signal transduction pathway to achieve anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and other biological functions. We have reviewed the interaction mechanism between il-27 and various T cells, In order to provide reference for clinical application.
