人民政协与协商民主有着天然的联系,在长期的政治实践中,人民政协协商民主一直在不断地发展和完善。人民政协协商民主是中国民主政治的伟大创造,其理论和实践所积累的宝贵资源又成为推动未来中国政治民主化进程的动力,而推动人民政协协商民主制度化发展是人民政协事业发展的需要。积极推进人民政协协商民主制度化发展,需要从思想观念的认识层面、体制机制的完善层面、理论研究的推动层面入手,形成合力。

The Chinese People＇s Political Consultative Conference（CPPCC） has a natural relationship with deliberative democracy. In the long-term political practice,CPPCC deliberative democracy has been continuously developing and perfecting. CPPCC deliberative democracy is a great creation of China. Its valuable resources accumulated in theory and practice will be the driving force for the democratization of Chinese politics in the future. To promote the institutionalized development of the deliberative democracy of CPPCC is the need of the career of CPPCC. To promote the institutionalized development of CPPCC deliberative democracy,we should start from the cognitive level of ideology,the perfection of institutional mechanisms and the promotion level of theoretical research,forming a joint force and actively promoting the institutionalization of CPPCC deliberative democracy.
