改进的自调频单摆式TMD的减振性能研究 被引量:16

摘要 提出一种改进的自调频单摆式TMD系统,该系统由伺服控制系统、摆绳和质量块组成,其中伺服控制系统由加速度传感器、单片机电路板和步进电机组成.摆绳悬吊在步进电机上,在特定的外界激励作用下,单片机电路板自发地启动步进电机有规律地改变摆绳的长度以调节其频率至控制结构频率附近.建立单自由度体系在PTMD控制下的动力学方程,模拟其频率的调节过程及在脉冲激励、不同频率的正弦激励和白噪声激励作用下的结构响应.通过对比单自由度门式框架在启动和不启动变频率调节两种情况下的自由振动,验证了改进的自调频单摆式TMD对原PTMD的改进效果.模拟和试验结果表明:改进的自调频单摆式TMD在PTMD频率偏离结构自振频率时能自发地调节其频率至控制结构频率附近,降低结构加速度响应峰值,提高结构阻尼比. The developed semi-adaptive pendulum-type tuned mass damper(TMD) was generated by a servo control system,swing line and the mass. The servo control system consists of acceleration sensors, a single chip microcomputer system and a stepper motor. Under the special excitation, the single chip microcomputer system spontaneously started the stepper motor to change PTMD ? s(pendulum-type tuned mass damper ? s) length of the swing line to change PTMD ? s frequency to main structure near the natural frequency of vibration.A dynamic equation of a single degree of freedom system under controlling of the PTMD was set to simulate the semi-adaptive adjustment and the system?s response under the pulse excitation,sine excitation of different frequencies and white noise excitation using the Matlab simulation module.The vibration reduction effects with or without this semi-adaptive adjusting device under freedom vibration were set to investigate the effect on improving the previous PTMD.The results indicate the following that it can reduce the structure?s acceleration response peak value and improve the structure?s damping ratio.
