新型微藻组合工艺去除典型抗生素的方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 以蛋白核小球藻和普通小球藻为实验材料,探讨了通过微藻与微藻或藻液之间的组合方案,考察去除头孢拉定、头孢他啶及阿莫西林3种抗生素的效果。结果表明微藻与微藻组合方案对于头孢拉定去除效果优于微藻与微藻培养液组合方案;抗生素浓度与微藻比生长速率呈负相关,且抗生素浓度越高,微藻比生长速率越低;等浓度混合的抗生素对于微藻生长抑制作用与单一浓度抗生素并无明显区别;"普通小球藻+蛋白核小球藻"的组合方案对与抗生素处理效果最好,头孢拉定、头孢他啶及阿莫西林在12 h内总去除率最高,分别达到了80.85%、57.98%和82.82%;头孢拉定、头孢他啶及阿莫西林等3种抗生素同时存在的条件下,微藻对于它们的处理能力在不同区段内明显不同,但同种抗生素在不同微藻中最高去除区段却相同。 With Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Chlorella vulgaris as test materials, the effect of different combined methods using algae and their culture solution to treat three kinds of antibiotics(cefradine, ceftazidime and amoxicillin) had been explored. The result showed that one alga combined with other algae had better result than that of algae combined with their culture solution. Concentration of antibiotic of the culture solution was related to the specific growth rate of algae living in the solution. Same concentration of mixed antibiotics had no obvious difference to one single antibiotic. Chlorella vulgaris combined with Chlorella pyrenoidosa had better effect than that of Chlorella pyrenoidosa combined with Chlorella vulgaris, the highest removal rates of cefradine, ceftazidime and amoxicillin were 80.85%, 57.98% and 82.82% respectively during 12 h.With the existence of three kinds of antibiotics, the intake ability of algae was different in different zones. But the highest intake zone of the same antibiotic was the same one.
