摘要
以二乙烯三胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料合成2.0G聚酰胺-胺,用自制季铵化试剂QT对其进行改性,得到末端带正电荷的改性聚酰胺-胺季铵盐反相破乳剂Q-PAMAM,并对其进行了红外色谱表征。利用瓶试法对Q-PAMAM进行了破乳性能评价,结果显示,Q-PAMAM与破乳剂协同使用时,当用量分别为133、200 mg/L时,在破乳温度85℃,破乳时间60 min条件下,对超稠原油的脱水率达到96.6%,且油水界面紧、齐,乳化层厚度仅为0.2%。
Diethylenetriamine and methyl acrylate as raw materials have been used for the synthesis of 2.0 G polyamide-amine,modified with homemade quaternization reagent QT to modified 2.0 G polyamide-amine,so as to obtain a positively charged modified polyamide-amine quaternary ammonium salt inverse demulsifier Q-PAMAM,and characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The demulsification performance of Q-PAMAM is evaluated by bottle tests. The results show that when Q-PAMAM is used synergistically with demulsifiers under the following conditions: the dosages are 133 mg/L and 200 mg/L,respectively,demulsifying temperature is 85 ℃,and demulsifying time 60 min,the super-heavy crude oil dehydration rate reaches 96.6%,and the oil and water interface is tight,neat,and the thickness of the emulsion layer is only 0.2%.
