酸析-Fenton法降低页岩气田采出水COD研究 被引量:2

摘要 进行了酸析-Fenton法联用降解处理页岩气田采出水的研究。利用正交实验考察了各因素对采出水处理效果的影响,并分析不同表观分子质量COD_(Cr)和UV_(254)的去除效果。结果表明,在酸析-Fenton法最佳实验条件下,即pH=2,m(H_2O_2)∶m(COD_(Cr))=6,n(H_2O_2):n(Fe^(2+))=6,反应时间120 min,悬浮物、COD_(Cr)去除率分别达到97%、83.8%;原水中有机物主要以小表观分子质量有机物形式存在,酸析-Fenton法重点降低小表观分子质量区间的有机物。 The research on the acidulation-Fenton oxidation process used for treating shale gas produced water has been accomplished. The influences of various factors on treatment effects have been investigated by orthogonal tests.The results show that the optimum experimental conditions of acidulation-Fenton process are as follows:pH =2,m(H2O2)∶m(COD(Cr))= 6,n(H2O2):n(Fe^(2+))= 6,and reaction time of 120 min. Under the optimum conditions,the removing rates of suspended solids and COD(Cr)reach 97% and 83.8%,respectively. The organic matter in wastewater exists mainly in form of small apparent molecule mass organic matter. The acidulation-Fenton method mainly decreases the organic matter in the interval of small apparent molecular masses.
