木豆叶芪类提取物对维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松的影响 被引量:3

Effects of the stilbene extracts from Cajanus cajan L. on retinoic acid induced osteoporosis in rats

摘要 目的观察木豆叶芪类提取物对维甲酸导致大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、仙灵骨葆阳性药组、木豆叶芪类提取物低、高剂量组。除对照组外,其他各组灌胃给予70mg/kg维甲酸2周制备大鼠骨质疏松模型,造模同时,各给药组均给予相应的药物,连续4周。观察大鼠脏器指数、骨矿含量及骨组织形态学的变化。结果与模型组比较,木豆叶芪类提取物各剂量组大鼠的肾上腺指数明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),低剂量组大鼠脾脏指数降低(P<0.05);高、低剂量组大鼠股骨和椎骨骨钙、磷、骨灰化率增加(P<0.05,P<0.001);低剂量能明显增加维甲酸所致骨质疏松大鼠的骨小梁面积、骨小梁体积,高剂量无明显的统计学意义,但亦有一定的改变趋势。结论木豆叶芪类提取物对维甲酸造成的大鼠骨质疏松有防治作用。 Objective To observe the effects of stilbene extracts from Cajanus cajan L.(SECC) on retinoic acid induced osteoporosis in rats.Methods A total of 60 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group; osteoporosis model group; Xianling Gubao positive control group and SECC treatment group(0.8,8 g/Kg).Except the normal control group,other groups were orally administered with retinoic acid for 14 days to induce the osteoporosis model.At the same time,all drug groups were given relevant medicine for 28 days.The changes of viscera index,bone mineral components and bone tissue morphology were observed in this study.Results Compared with the model group,the adrenal index was significantly increased in SECC treatment group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),while spleen index decreased in the low-dose group(P〈0.05); the ashing rate of femur and contents of calcium,phosphorus were significantly increased in high-dose group and low-dose group(P〈0.05,P〈0.001); the low-dose of SECC could significantly increased the trabecular bone area and trabecular bone volume in osteoporosis rats induced by retinoic acid.There is no obvious statistical significance in the high-dose group,but it also has a certain change trend.Conclusion SECC has a distinct preventive effect on osteoporosis in rats induced by retinoic acid.
