创伤后应激障碍中医药相关研究进展

The research progress of post-traumatic stress disorder in traditional Chinese medicine

当今创伤后应激障碍发病率逐渐升高,现有的临床治疗方式面临诸多瓶颈。在整体观与辨证论治的指导下,中医药在创伤后应激障碍的治疗中显示出良好的应用前景。文章通过对创伤后应激障碍中医药相关病因病机、临床研究、实验研究进行综述,为临床治疗及进一步研究提供基础与思路。

At present,its incidence trends to raise gradually of post-traumatic stress disorder（PTSD） in the world.But the existing clinical treatments face many challenges.Under the guidance of whole view and the syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine shows good prospects in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.This paper reviews the pathogenesis,clinical studies and experimental studies of post-traumatic stress disorder,and provides the basis and ideas for clinical treatment and further research.
