78味中药治疗脂肪肝用药规律探析

Analysis on the treatment of fatty liver with 78 Chinese medicine

目的探讨中药治疗脂肪肝用药规律。方法对2003年至2017年单味中药治疗脂肪肝动物实验研究文献进行检索,统计分析四气、五味、归经、功效的频数与频率。结果单味治疗脂肪肝中药78味,其中四气以寒凉为多,累计频率50%;五味以苦、甘、辛为主,累计频率86.40%;归经以肝、脾(胃)、肺、肾为主,累计频率71.43%;功效以清热、祛痰(湿)、活血、补阳、利水、补气为主,累计频率80.09%。结论脂肪肝的主要病机是肝脾失调致热滞痰瘀,治疗用药应标本兼治,通过清热化痰(湿)、行气活血,兼顾扶正(阳、气、阴虚)。

Objective Study on the treatment of fatty liver by Chinese medicine.Methods A study of the experimental literature on the treatment of fatty liver animals from 2003 to 2017 was carried out,to analyze the frequency and frequency of four nature,five flavors,channel tropism,efficacy.Results 78 single Chinese medicine for fatty liver,cold counted for 50% in four nature,the five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent,with a cumulative frequency of 86.40%; channel tropism are mainly liver,spleen（stomach）,lung and kidney,with cumulative frequency of 71.43%; efficacy are mainly heat clearing herbs,expectorant（wet） drugs herbs,Huoxue Huayu herbs,tonifying Yang herbs,Li shui,replenishing Qi,with cumulative frequency 80.09%.Conclusion The main pathogenesis of fatty liver is hepatosplenic disorder.Treatment should be treated with both symptoms and root causes.Through the heat and phlegm（wet）,the activity of Qi and blood,balancing the positive（Yang,Qi,Yin deficiency）.
