Depth of Acupuncture:Acupuncture in Skin

从《黄帝内经》开始就已有刺皮针法的相关记载,现代刺皮针法更是因其安全有效、患者痛苦少而被更多地运用到临床中。刺皮针法的理论基础包括皮部理论、卫气理论、五脏理论,刺皮针法常用针具有鑱针、鍉针、锋针、毫针,刺皮针法衍生出的针法包括经皮刺激、皮内刺激,刺皮针法的主治范围等方面,阐述刺皮针法的特点并分析所存在的问题,以为今后刺皮针法的临床研究提供理论基础。

The method of acupuncture in the skin has been recorded since Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor,and the modern method of skin acupuncture has been frequently used in clinical practice because of its safety,effectiveness and less pain for patients. The theoretical bases of the skin acupuncture method include the theory of cutaneous region,the theory of Weiqi and the theory of five Zang-organs. The commonly used needles include trowel needle（ Chan needle,鑱针）,spoon needle（ Chi needle,鍉针）,blade needle（ Feng needle,锋针） and filiform needle（ Hao needle,毫针）. The derived methods include percutaneous stimulation and intradermal stimulation. This article also expounds the characteristics of the skin acupuncture method and analyzes the existing problems,to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical research of the skin acupuncture method in the future.
