摘要
现有住宅建筑空调室外机机位设计无法满足住户实际需求,同一楼层多台空调室外机共用一个机位,在有限空间内堆叠布置的现象比较普遍。运用CFD软件模拟某小区六层住宅楼空调室外机运行的周围流场分布,研究了室外机多台堆叠布置对室外机运行热环境的影响。研究结果表明:室外机回风温度受所处楼层位置和堆叠室外机间隔距离的影响较大,堆叠间隔为0.4m时,室外机最大回风温度达到46.51℃,COP下降11.4%。建议室外机多台堆叠布置时,应增加高处楼层室外机的间隔距离,并且室外机垂直间隔距离应大于0.7m,此时各楼层室外机回风温度小于45℃。
Existing residential building air-conditioning outdoor unit design can not meet the actual needs of households, it is a common phenomenon that more than one air-conditioning outdoor unit stacked layout in the same floor, sharing a common limited space. In this paper, the CFD software is used to simulate the distribution of airflow around the six-storey residential building in the residential area, and the influence of the multi-station layout on the thermal environment of the outdoor unit is studied. The results show that the air return temperature of the outdoor unit is affected by the distance between the floor position and the distance of the outdoor unit. When the stacking interval is 0.4m, the maximum return air temperature of the outdoor unit reaches 46.51 ℃and at the same time, the COP decreases by 11.4%. It is recommended that the distance of outdoor units should be increased at higher level, and the vertical distance of the outdoor unit should be greater than 0.7m, and now, the air return temperature of each floor is less than 45℃.
