摘要
对药物研发化学实验室中主要通风设备的工作特点及要求做了简明且有针对性的描述;结合实际工程对此类实验室配套的空调送、排风系统VAV变风量设计过程做了详细的阐述;对比了采用VAV系统后空调系统在不同工况下运行的风量和能耗等参数,证明了变风量系统在药物研发实验室通风系统上应用的合理性及优越性。
This paper describes the working characteristics and requirements of the key ventilation equipment of the drug research and development chemistry laboratory, and makes a detailed description of the VAV variable air volume design of the air conditioning system and the exhaust system of the laboratory. The airflow and energy consumption of the air conditioning system under different working conditions are compared with the VAV system. The rationality and superiority of the variable air volume system in the ventilation system of the drug research and development laboratory are proved.
