用经尿道输尿管软镜技术和经皮肾镜技术治疗上尿路结石的疗效对比

Comparison of curative effect between transurethral ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of upper urinary calculi

目的 :对比用经尿道输尿管软镜技术和经皮肾镜技术治疗上尿路结石的临床效果。方法 :将2016年1月至2016年12月期间射洪县中医院收治的56例上尿路结石患者作为研究对象。将这56例患者随机平均分为A组和B组。为A组患者使用经尿道输尿管软镜进行治疗,为B组患者使用经皮肾镜进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者结石的清除率、进行手术的用时、住院的时间及其VAS(视觉模拟评分法)评分。结果 :与B组患者相比,A组患者结石的清除率更高,其进行手术的用时和住院的时间均更短,其VAS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论 :与使用经皮肾镜技术进行治疗的效果相比,使用经尿道输尿管软镜技术对上尿路结石患者进行治疗的效果更好,可明显提高其结石的清除率,缩短其治疗的时间,减轻其疼痛的程度。

Objective： To compare curative effect between transurethral ureteroseopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of upper urinary calculi. Methods： Select 56 eases of patients with upper urinary calculi treated in Traditional Chinese Medical of Shehong County during January to December in 2016 for research object. The cases were randomly divided to group A and group B. Treat group A with transurethral ureteroscopy, treat group B with percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Then compare clearance rate of calculi, operation duration, length of stay and VAS score of 2 groups. Results： Compare with group B, clearance rate of calculi of group A is higher, operation duration and length of stay are shorter, VAS score is lower （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion： Compare with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, the effect of transurethral ureteroscopy for the treatment of upper urinary calculi is better,it have effects of increase clearance rate of calculi, shorten operation duration and length of stay.
