64层螺旋CT检查在诊断冠心病中的应用价值

摘要 目的 :探究64层螺旋CT检查在诊断冠心病(冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病)中的应用价值。方法 :选取邻水县人民医院于2016年2月至2017年1月期间收治的50例疑似冠心病患者作为本次研究的对象。对这50例患者均进行64层螺旋CT检查和冠状动脉造影检查(以冠状动脉造影检查的结果作为最终的诊断结果)。然后观察用64层螺旋CT检查诊断冠心病的准确率、敏感度、特异度、漏诊率和误诊率。结果 :经冠状动脉造影检查证实,用64层螺旋CT检查诊断冠心病的准确率、敏感度、特异度、漏诊率和误诊率分别为96.67%、96.67%、95.00%、3.33%、5.00%。结论:64层螺旋CT检查在诊断冠心病中的应用价值较高。 Objective: To study application value of 64 - slice spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods: Select 50 cases of suspected coronary artery disease treated in People' s Hospital of Linshui county during February 7016 to January 2017 for research object. Do 64 - slice spiral CT examination and coronary angiography (the result of coronary angiogruphy for the final diagnosis).Then observe accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, rate d false positive rate and misdiagnosis rate .Results: The result of coronary angiography for the final diagnosis shows that accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, rate of false positive rate and misdiagnosis rate of 64 - slice spiral CT respectively are 96.67%,96.67%,95.00%,3.33%,5.00%.Conclusion: Application value of 64 - slice spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary artery disease is high.
