秋茄枝乙醇提取物在减轻2型糖尿病大鼠胰腺损伤中的作用 被引量:2

Effect of Ethanol Extract from Kandelia Candel Trunk on alleviating Pancreatic Damage of Rats with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨秋茄枝乙醇提取物(ethanol extract from kandelia candel trunk,EEKCT)在减轻2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)大鼠胰腺损伤中的作用。方法 :使用喂养高脂饲料联合注射小剂量链脲佐菌素的方法制作T2DM大鼠。对T2DM大鼠用EEKCT连续进行4周的灌胃后,处死大鼠,取出其胰腺进行称重,并计算其胰腺系数。对T2DM大鼠的胰腺进行组织匀浆,测定其匀浆液的总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)的活性和丙二醛的水平。结果 :EEKCT可增加2型糖尿病大鼠的胰腺系数和胰腺的T-AOC,提高其胰腺中SOD、过氧化氢酶及GSH-Px的活性,同时降低其胰腺中丙二醛的水平。结论 :EEKCT具有抗氧化的活性,对T2DM大鼠的胰腺具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate effect of ethanol extract from kandelia candel trunk(EEKCT) on alleviating pancreatic damage of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods The T2DM rat model was induced with high-fat diet and low-dose streptozotocin. T2DM rats were sacrificed after 4 weeks intragastrical administration with EEKCT. Pancreas tissue was cut to weigh for calculating organ coefficient, and then homogenized to detect total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), malondlaldehyde, supernxide dismutase (SOD) catalase and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), Results EEKCT increases pancreatic coefficient and T-AOC, elevates activities of SOD, catalase and GSH-Px, meanwhile decreases maiondialdehyde level; Conclusion EEKCT have activity of antioxidation ,have effect of protecting of pancreatic Damage of T2DM rat pancreas activities.
