64排螺旋CT检查在诊断小儿气管、支气管异物中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨64排螺旋CT检查在诊断小儿气管、支气管异物中的应用价值。方法 :择取2015年3月至2017年8月期间承德医学院附属医院收治的40例小儿气管、支气管异物患儿作为研究对象。对这些患儿均进行X线检查和64排螺旋CT检查。然后比较用X线检查和64排螺旋CT检查诊断小儿气管、支气管异物的准确性。结果 :1)本组患儿中异物分布于右侧支气管的患儿占比为37.50%,分布于主气管的患儿占比为25.00%,分布于左侧支气管的患儿占比为27.50%,分布于双侧支气管的患儿占比为10.00%。本组患儿中异物分布于右侧支气管的患儿占比高于分布于主气管的患儿占比、分布于左侧支气管的患儿占比和分布于双侧支气管的患儿占比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)与采用X线检查相比,用64排螺旋CT检查诊断小儿主气管、左侧支气管、右侧支气管、双侧支气管异物的准确率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用64排螺旋CT检查诊断小儿气管、支气管异物的总准确率为100.00%,用X线检查诊断小儿气管、支气管异物的总准确率为82.50%。与采用X线检查相比,用64排螺旋CT检查诊断小儿气管、支气管异物的总准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :64排螺旋CT检查在诊断小儿气管、支气管异物中的应用价值较高。 Objective: To evaluate application value of 64-slice spiral CT for diagnosis to tracheobronchial foreign bodies in children. Methods: 40 children with traeheobronchial foreign bodies in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the subjects. The children Were accepted X-ray examination and 64 slice spiral CT scan, then compare accuracy of 2 kinds of examinations. Results: 1 ) The distribution of the fight bronchus is 37.50%, main trachea is 25%, left bronchus is 27.50%,two sides is 10%. The distribution of the fight bronchus is higher than that of main trachea, left bronchus and two sides ( P 〈 0.05 ) . 2 ) Compare with X-ray ,the diagnosis accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT for tracheobranchial foreign bodies in right bronchus ,main trachea, left bronchus and two sides ( P 〈 0.05 ) .The accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT is 100%, the accuracy of X-ray is 82.50%, the diagnosis accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT is significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Application value of 64-slice spiral CT for diagnosis to tracheobronchial foreign bodies in children is high.
