摘要
Na Cl O用作亚麻织物的漂白剂会形成 AOX,影响环境。过醋酸 (PAA)以其较高的氧化电位及无公害性 ,被认为是有望替代 Na Cl O的“生态漂白剂”。本课题系统地研究了浓度、p H值、温度、时间等工艺参数对过醋酸漂白亚麻织物的影响 ;用正交设计法确定了最佳的漂白工艺条件。结果表明 ,过醋酸漂白亚麻织物与氯 -氧漂白度相当 ;其半制品用某些活性染料染色后 ,表观深度好于氯 -氧漂 ,染色牢度令人满意。
Since organic chlorinated compound AOX is harmful to environment during bleaching with sodium hypochlorite for ramie fabric. The peracetic acid is served as an eco bleaching agent, which has high oxidation potential and non harmfulness to substitute sodium hypochlorite. In this paper, the factors such as concentration, pH value, temperature and time affecting ramie bleaching with peracetic acid were researched. The optimum conditions of bleaching process were determined with orthogonal method. The results showed that the whiteness was similar with both peracetic acid and chlorine peroxide bleaching. The ramie fabric bleached with peracetic acid has better color depth than that with chlorine peroxide bleaching, and offers excellent color fastness.
