组织支持、社会信任与农户参与小农水供给意愿

Organizational Support,Social Trust and Farmers' Willingness to Participate in Small Irrigation and Water Conservancy Facilities

利用实地调查的40个村庄和791户农户的数据,釆用HLM分层模型分析了组织支持、社会信任对农户参与小农水供给意愿的影响。从零模型的回归结果可知:农户个体层面因素和村庄层面因素对农户参与小农水供给意愿的影响差异明显。完整模型的回归结果表明:组织支持和社会信任均显著正向影响农户参与小农水供给意愿,其中情感性支持较工具性支持、特殊信任较一般信任对农户参与小农水供给意愿影响更强烈;情感性支持与社会信任对农户参与小农水的供给意愿有显著的跨层次交互效应,即农户感知到的情感性支持越多,社会信任对农户参与小农水供给意愿影响程度越高;受到扶贫政策的激励,贫困村的村民比非贫困村的村民参与小农水供给的意愿较高;农户所在村庄的农业收入占总收入比例对其参与小农水的供给意愿也有显著的正向影响。

Based on the data of field survey, including 791 peasants and 40 villages, this paper analyzes the relationship between organizational support, social trust of farmers and the will of participation in small irrigation and water conservancy facilities by using the hierarchical model. The results of zero model show that both village level and farmers＂ level factors affecting farmers＂ willingness to participate in the small irrigation and water conservancy facilities. This paper uses the HLM model to further estimate the degree and direction of the level of villages and farmers factors influencing the farmers＂ willingness to participate in small-scale water supply, the results show that organizational support and social trust significantly and positively influence he farmers＂ willingness to participating in small-scale water supply. Compared to instrumental support, emotional support are more significant. The interaction item of social trust and emotional support significantly influence farmers＂ willingness to participate in the small-scale water supply, the more emotional support organizations the farmers feel, the stronger influence of social trust on farmers＂ willingness to participate in the small-scale water supply. Due to poverty supporting policy incentives. They are more willing to participate in small-scale water supply.
