机场建设工程规划的工程方法论刍议——系统论视角下的浦东国际机场规划

A Preliminary Study of Engineering Methodology of Airport Construction Project Planning: From the Perspective of System Theory of the Planning of Pudong International Airport

研究工程方法论具有重要意义,尤其是在总体规划阶段需要机场建设工程方法论的指导。系统方法是机场规划的重要方法,本文以浦东国际机场建设工程为例,以系统论为出发点研究机场建设工程方法论,主要阐述了机场建设工程系统目标、性质、功能、结构、要素及要素间关系,并讨论了机场建设工程与外部环境的关系,在此基础上,研究了机场建设工程规划的系统方法论。最后从系统论角度,反思机场建设工程系统规划的不足。

The research of engineering methodology is of great significance, especially during the stage of the overall planning of the airport, which needs the guidance of the engineering methodology of airport construction projects. An important method of airport planning is the systematic method. Taking the Pudong International Airport construction project as an example and the system theory as the starting point for the study of airport construction engineering methodology, this paper mainly expounds the target, property, function, structure, elements and their relationship of the airport construction engineering system, and discusses the relationship between the airport construction engineering and the external environment, Based on the above research, a study of the systematic methodology of airport construction project planning is conducted. Finally, from the viewpoint of system theory, the paper further reflects upon the problems of the airport construction project systematic planning.
