面向新工科的集成化产教融合平台构建——基于不完全契约的视角 被引量:44

Construction of Integrated Production-Education Fusion Platform for Emerging Engineering——From an incomplete contract perspective

摘要 新工科建设需要深度推进产教融合,即由产学研等主体投入知识、技术、资本、管理等异质性要素,构建融合实践教学、技术研发、创新创业、产业培育于一体的集成化平台。研究发现,平台的契约和产权都是不完全的,这种不完全性不仅导致交易和产权界定成本的增加,而且诱发敲竹杠和剩余控制权争夺,最终导致集体主义困境。为此,需要采取加强政府引导和相关政策扶持、持续界定培养产权、增加合作主体信息的对称性、建立科学的平台运行机制等对策。 The construction of new engineering needs to promote the integration of production and education,that is, it needs cooperation subjects to invest heterogeneous elements such as knowledge, technology, capital and management, and constructs integrated platform for integrating practical teaching, technological research and development, innovation and entrepreneurship, and industrial cultivation. The research finds that the contract and the property rights of the platform are incomplete, and this incompleteness will not only lead to the increase of transaction cost and property right definition cost, but also induce the contention between the rip-off and the remaining control rights, and eventually lead to the collectivism dilemma. Therefore, countermeasures such as strengthening government guidance and related policy support, continuing to define cultivating property rights,increasing the symmetry of information of cooperative main platform, and establishing scientific platform operation mechanism are put forward.
